1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

Damaged or unsatisfactory flowers upon delivery

Delivery errors due to our mistake

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery

The recipient is not home and unreachable after multiple delivery attempts

The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address

A delivery was made and confirmed but no one retrieved the item
3. Process for Refunds

You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery to be eligible.

Include photos and a brief explanation for your request.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
